Scheduling details - Fall 2021:
- Schedules need to be entered into your GotSport CLUB account by August 1st.
- Game Details can ONLY be entered by the club into GotSport - coaches and managers should provide club admins schedule information.
- Schedule Verification is August 2nd-4th. Any errors / adjustments can be made at this time.
- MSPSP Reschedule Policy & reschedule fees begin after schedule verification - no exceptions.
- MSPSP Fall 2021 Schedules will be final on August 5th.
- Team contact info can be found on the schedule page under each teams 'profile' on the MSPSP website. Either search for the team or select the team from the schedule.
- When in the teams profile, select 'View Contact Information' - this will display the coaches and managers currently with APPROVED RM that are listed on the team.
- If clubs intends to have a staff member that is not the coach or manager of the team responsible for scheduling, they should add this individual as a 'user' to the club and select the 'Field / Scheduling Coordinator' title and select that their contact information is published so that their contact info shows under the club contact information.
Missing Contact Info
- If a team is missing contact information, the team does not currently have approved coaches / managers assigned to the team.
- If a team is missing contact information, navigate to the 'Clubs' option at the top of the schedule page and locate the club. Locate 'Club Contact Information' towards the bottom, this will show the clubs staff / admins. Reach out to the club and inform them of the scheduling issue.
- Clubs need to assign APPROVED (RM) coaches / managers to the team.
- If you are unable to connect with an opponent / club during the scheduling process, reach out to MSPSP.
