SPRING 2008 CALENDAR

January 3          League Affiliations, Team Sponsorship Forms, and Team Payments

                        due from Leagues.  Team payment must accompany affiliation

                        forms.  One league check only, no individual checks will be accepted.  

                        $250.00 per team, $75.00 per team returning from fall 2007.

January 12        Registration Meeting - MSPSP Office 

                          All  Leagues                                                                           8:00am – 12:00pm

                        Note: League Representatives Only!!!

                          Note: Each Team Must Have 15 Players on Roster

January 13        Late Player Additions Begin $20.00   Check or money order only

January 20        Late Player Additions Begin $40.00   Check or money order only

January 21        Delegates Meeting 7:00pm

February 14     Early PassCard Pick-up – MSPSP Office                  9am-Noon - 1pm-3pm

February 18     Delegates Meeting 7:00pm       

March  6           Late Player Additions Begin - $100.00

March 13          PassCard and Packet Distribution Meeting For:  MSPSP Office

                          ALL AGE GROUPS                                                                          5pm – 8pm

March 15          PassCard and Packet Distribution Meeting For:  MSPSP Office

                          ALL AGE GROUPS                                                                        10am – 2pm

                          $50.00 fine for packets/passcards not picked up on these date/times.

March 17          Delegates Meeting 7:00pm.

April 3              Last Day to Add a Player $100.00 - All paperwork for additions must be

                          complete, including affiliating league signature, and in the MSPSP office by 

                          2pm, check or money order only.

April 5              Season Begins

April 21            Delegates Meeting 7:00pm

May 19              Delegates Meeting 7:00pm

June 9                Season Ends

June 10-14        Make-up Days for Games –  All games not played during the season must be    

                                              played on or by these dates.  Failure to do so may result in forfeits/fines.

June 15             1^st Day for Tryouts

June 16              Delegates Meeting 7:00pm

July 3                League Affiliations and Team Sponsorship Forms Due From Leagues

MSPSP Delegates Meetings are held at the MSPSP office @ 7:00pm.
